CBRE Hotels offers a comprehensive sales service providing acquisition and disposal advice to a variety of clients specialising in both high-end, large, single-asset transactions and multiple-asset deals as well as motels, management rights, clubs and other leisure facilities such as resorts, marinas and golf courses. The team has an exceptional track record in the hotel investment market and has particular skills in successfully completing complicated and financially engineered deals. Our team has a very strong track record in selling pubs across a number of markets and a variety of trading situations. With a good understanding of operations and the market we are able to provide advice on maximising the sale price. The team has handled not only single sales but also complex rtransactions involving groups of pubs.
Valuation assignments are undertaken throughout the Asia Pacific region and are led by valuers or surveyors with specialist knowledge of hotel markets. The Asset Management team at CBRE Hotels takes a fresh perspective on the way operators run hotels to help maximise asset value and optimise investment returns. Our analysis is based on three clear principles – to define the owner’s investment objectives through initial assessment of the property and operations; to design and develop a strategy to ensure operator’s objectives are in line with those of the owner; and to ensure implementation of the strategy through regular monitoring, analysis and reporting of procedures, practices and performance.
